High contrast colourful cards are specifically designed for children ranging from newborns upto 12 months of age. These cards have high contrast images and patterns which creates a profound image in the brain. These cards are good for visual stimulation and development of visual pathway in children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can use these cards in following multiple ways with your baby:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Keep your baby in your lap. Show the cards to him\/ her and then move the card from top to bottom, right to left, far and near. Let the child’s gaze follow the movement of the card in your hand. In addition to visual stimulation, it helps develop focus in the child. Remember to keep describing the image on the card along with the changing positions for early language development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. While giving massage to your baby, you can make him\/ her lay down on tummy. Keep the card(s) infront of the baby to look at it and explore it. You can keep the cards a little from the baby’s reach. The struggle to reach the cards will greatly help baby in physical development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Parents can suitably arrange these cards in the ribbon and hang it in an accessible place where baby can see and touch it easily. As the baby surpasses six months of age, baby would definitely enjoy pulling these cards and turning them over.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. These cards can turn out to be in form of a book for baby’s bookshelf. There are some other high contrast books available in the market too that can be baby’s first books as well.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Though these cards are available in the market, It can be prepared using bold thick markers, paints or crayons. These cards are worth buying or gifting a newborn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
